Track an order

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Software, opened earbuds and personalised items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to request

Open your order in My Orders and tap Request return, or email admin@focusglobal.co.zw with your order number.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected, to the original payment method.
